Frankfurt am Main | 20 septembre 2022 – 23 septembre 2022We are running a 2 day LMA documentation course twice in September this year. If you would like to join one of the following courses, please check whether spots are still available via the registration button above:
- either on Tuesday & Wednesday, September 20 & 21,
- or on Thursday & Friday, September 22 & 23.
This is an introductory course which is suitable for people who are less familiar with LMA-style documentation.
The course will be facilitated by Rebecca Oliver, one of our senior knowledge lawyers based in London, together with various members of our Banking team here in Frankfurt.
We will cover all of the relevant elements of the LMA facility agreement, including representations, undertakings and events of default.
