
Ted Tooley
Biography
Ted Tooley is an associate in Norton Rose Fulbright's Dallas office. Ted represents public and private companies in a variety of business transactions and corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions (domestic/cross-border), securities compliance and SEC reporting obligations, and general corporate governance matters. He also assists investors in private equity transactions as well as the structuring and formation of, and investment in, international and domestic private investment funds. Additionally, Ted serves as underwriter's counsel with respect to the underwriting of representations and warranties insurance and transactional liability insurance policies.
Prior to joining Norton Rose Fulbright, Ted worked in management consulting across a range of industries, including oil and gas, healthcare, and integrated power companies. He frequently utilizes his business background to provide holistic, practical legal advice to clients.
