Biography

 

Joshua Temkin is a corporate lawyer based in London. His practice focuses primarily on the energy, infrastructure and natural resources sectors.

Josh advises UK and international clients on a wide variety of corporate matters, including equity investments, private and public company mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures  and equity capital markets transactions.

Josh joined the firm in 2012 and has previously been seconded to Ecora Resources PLC.

  • Advised Starling Bank  on various funding rounds .
  • Advised SNC-Lavalin on its £2.1 billion recommended cash offer for WS Atkins plc.
  • Advised Greencoat UK Wind plc on the acquisitions of various onshore wind farms.
  • Advised Ecora Resources PLC (formerly Anglo Pacific Group plc) on its fundraising of approximately US$60 million by way of cashbox placing and open offer.
