Pierre Joubert is a corporate and M&A lawyer based in Luxembourg.

Pierre is experienced in assisting international private equity and corporate clients on domestic and cross-border corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, joint ventures and strategic alliances.

He also advises clients in relation to their general corporate affairs including on corporate governance matters.

Before joining the firm, Pierre worked for leading law firms in Luxembourg, as well as for a prominent French investment group in Paris.
