Videotron Ltd. completes private placement of senior notes offering

Our Montreal and Toronto offices acted for Videotron Ltd. in its private placement of 3.125% senior notes for an aggregate principal amount of C$650m due 2031.
Videotron Ltd. (a wholly owned subsidiary of Quebecor Media Inc.), is an integrated communications company engaged in cable television, entertainment, Internet access, wireline telephone and mobile telephone services in Quebec.
Videotron will use the proceeds of this offering for general corporate purposes, including repaying a portion of its outstanding indebtedness.
