Toronto and Montreal advise underwriters on Fiera Capital’s C$168.75m bought deal offerings

Our Toronto and Montréal offices advised a syndicate of underwriters on a $168.75 million bought deal public offering of class A subordinate voting shares (Class A Shares) and convertible unsecured subordinated debentures (Debentures) of Fiera Capital Corporation which closed on December 21, 2017. 

The offering of Class A Shares, co-led by National Bank Financial, Desjardins Capital Markets and GMP Securities, consisted of $82.5 million Class A Shares at $13.00 per share, and the offering of Debentures, co-led by National Bank Financial, Desjardins Capital Markets and Scotiabank, consisted of $86.25 million 5% Debentures due June 30, 2023.
