Our Calgary, London and Paris offices acted as counsel to Benevity, Inc. on the acquisition of Alaya, an employee engagement “software as a service” (SaaS) platform. This acquisition will expand Benevity’s international presence and enable even more customers to access its growing suite of corporate purpose solutions.

Based in Switzerland, Alaya offers cutting edge technology to international markets and is designed for companies that want to engage their employees while addressing social, environmental and well-being challenges. 

Benevity is a global leader in ESG technology and is recognized as one of Fortune’s Impact 20. The company offers a cloud-based suite of community investment and employee, customer and non-profit engagement solutions. It currently helps over 700 global brands to engage their stakeholders in ESG, purpose and social impact solutions.
