Biography
Kimberly Jeffers practises commercial and corporate law, with a focus on matters related to life sciences and healthcare. She is primarily involved in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and issues pertaining to health professionals and clinical trials.
Prior to joining us, Ms. Jeffers was a litigation lawyer at a New York law firm, where she represented banking institutions, telecommunications companies, pharmaceutical companies and airlines in connection with civil and commercial disputes, arbitrations and governmental investigations in competition law and securities law. She also worked on high-yield bond offerings for a London-based law firm.
