Recent developments regarding practices of signature declarations

Recent changes to the Turkish Commercial Code and the Communiqué on the Execution of the Incorporation Articles of Association of Companies in Trade Registry Directorates have to be electronically obtained by the trade registry directorates and provides that such signature data shall be recorded in the registry file in the central common database.
