Law No. 7223 on Product Safety and Technical Regulations enters into force as of 12 March 2021

The Product Safety and Technical Regulations Law, prepared within the European Union compliance framework, became effective on 12 March 2021.

The Law aims to ensure a product’s safety and compliance with technical regulations and introduces obligations on manufacturers, authorized representatives, importers, distributors or other persons who are responsible for manufacturing and marketing of the product.
