Our Toronto, Montréal and Calgary offices advised Canadian Tire Corporation, Limited on its strategic repurchase of its Financial Services business stake from Scotiabank for an aggregate C$895m. We advised on all aspects of the transactions, including M&A, banking, tax and regulatory. 

Our Toronto and Montreal offices also acted as counsel to Canadian Tire, as borrower, in connection with a C$400m term from Desjardins Capital Markets.
