Norton Rose Fulbright advises Coveo on its IPO

Norton Rose Fulbright advised Coveo Solutions Inc. (Coveo) on its successful C$215-million initial public offering (IPO) of subordinate voting shares on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the symbol “CVO”. The IPO closed on November 24. 

Coveo is a Quebec-based enterprise software-as-a-service (SaaS) company that offers a cloud-based platform, and provides solutions for ecommerce, service, website and workplace applications.

We also advised Coveo on its recent acquisition of Qubit, which we conducted through our Montreal and London offices.”
