The Arbitration Act 2025 is now in force

On 1 August 2025, the Arbitration Act 2025 came into force. The 2025 Act inserts a number of amendments into the Arbitration Act 1996 with the aim of modernising the Arbitration Act 1996 in order to enhance the status of England and Wales as a leading international forum for dispute resolution.
