English Court grants final anti-suit injunction in support of Paris seated ICC arbitration

Our litigation and disputes team have written a briefing note, discussing the recent English Court of Appeal judgment in Unicredit Bank GmbH v RusChemAlliance LLC [2024] EWCA Civ 64. The note reviews the test applied by the Court to establish if an anti-suit injunction should be granted, and highlights the caution it expressed that it may not always be appropriate in respect of a foreign seated arbitration.
